FAQ

Do you offer any courses or workshops?

I don’t offer any sort of classes or workshops at the moment, online or in person. It’s a possibility I will some day, but I don’t have any immediate plans in the works at the moment.

Do you take commissions?

I’m unfortunately not taking commissions at the moment. If you would like to join a waitlist for future commissions, please feel free to fill out the submission form or email me at kelleyvivian97@gmail.com. But please note I do not have a set date for when I will open up commissions. I have a lot on my plate at the moment, and I want to make sure I have enough time to dedicate to getting your special painting just right!

Why don’t you ship to my country?

Covid restrictions and supply chain issues have been causing a lot of problems with shipping lately. Certain countries have been added and removed from the availability list in my store depending on the latest information and rates.

If you get to the checkout phase and you don’t see your country listed as an option, please feel free to contact me via email at kelleyvivian97@gmail.com or DM me on Instagram @kelleyvivianart. I’m always happy to check if your country can be made available!

I’m interested in purchasing a painting that I don’t see in your store. Is it available?

If it’s a recent painting, it probably hasn’t made its way to my store yet. Please feel free to email me at kelleyvivian97@gmail.com or DM me on Instagram @kelleyvivianart and I will be happy to let you know if the painting is available.

If it’s an older painting from my portfolio or that you saw on Pinterest, it’s much more likely that it’s been sold. But feel free to contact me with inquiries and I will be happy to check for you.

What is the difference between a Print and an Original?

A print is a reproduction while an original is the actual painted artwork. All of my original paintings are created using professional and archival quality materials. Gouache paintings should be framed behind glass to protect them.

Purchasing an Original painting does not include transfer of copyright. If you are interested in licensing one of my paintings, please contact me via kelleyvivian97@gmail.com

What is the difference between a ‘Fine Art Print’ and ‘Art Print' in the store?

The prints I have listed as ‘Fine Art Prints’ are professionally printed giclée prints that are made with archival pigment inks on textured watercolor paper. They look and feel very similar to original paintings, and cost more to produce than standard art prints.

What paper do you use for gouache?

I have a full list with descriptions of what art supplies I use here - it’s a bit lengthy but it will have whatever it is that you’re looking for!
